witchy white negroni : a botanical cocktail

So excited to start off 13 days of Halloween cocktails with this little witchy number - the white negroni! This cocktail is super botanical and bitter but in a different way from its classic counterpart. I love the simplicity of the equal parts cocktail, and this was no exception. It is the perfect simple drink to stir up with a few friends!

a delicious bitter boozy cocktail perfect for any season

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• .75 oz lillet blanc
• .75 oz suze
• rosemary to garnish
• Alternatively, you can do the classic equal-parts ratio. 1 oz of each!

Instructions

1. combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir for 45 seconds
2. strain into a cocktail glass
3. garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
