I found this while perusing Amy blackthorns botanical brews and it reminded me of my early twenties when I was obsessed with Hemingway, who so said to have created this wild concoction. And honestly? That tracks with everything I ever read about him 😂

• 1.5 oz absinthe
• 4 oz champagne or sparkling wine
